Ilux Visual Technologies in collaboration with the Architecture, Engineering and Urbanism Visualization Group VIDEALAB of the School of Civil Engineering of A Coruña University have developed a visualization and integration tool for used in Geographical Information System of Coastal Planning of Galicia based on SANTI (Advanced interactive system for land navigation)

Coastal Planning organizes and protects and area of 212.164 hectares of the coast (representing 7,2% of the land of Galicia). 67.000 hectares of these are under special environmental protection. In another 46.000 developments are envisioned under strict environmental criteria. All the rest, about 100.000 hectares, situated behind the coastal front, will be the object of planning.
