With this new technology, simply by entering a web address in a browser, you can include all kinds of content and multimedia resources on an image, such as 3D virtual tours, 360° videos, 3D models, audio guides, PDFs, etc.
As it has the flexibility of being a web viewer, any changes you want to make to it automatically appear on the map, without having to upload the app to the platforms (iOS and Android), and therefore content updates are made dynamically on the map.
