The Smart Logroño Platform includes the set of infrastructures, material and human resources and technological services necessary for the acquisition, transmission and processing of data that allow to move from a classic model of independent and hierarchical management to another based on the management of the city as a whole, optimize the management processes of urban services and implement a portal with the open data contents of the municipal Open Data catalogue.
